- Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to customer handling are not eligible for refunds.

- Gift cards or vouchers.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product(s).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Processing Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a refund and place a new order.
