2. Shipping Timeframes

2.1 Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
2.2 Delivery timeframes:

  • Major cities: 2–3 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 4–5 business days
    2.3 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

5. Tracking Your Order

5.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number.
5.2 You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's status on the courier partner’s website.

6. Failed Deliveries

6.1 If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for rescheduling.
6.2 Re-delivery charges may apply for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

7.1 If you receive a damaged package or find any item missing, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery by emailing umzayluxury72@gmail.com with pictures as proof.
7.2 We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

8. Delays

8.1 While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, courier issues, or public holidays.
8.2 In such cases, we will keep you informed and do our best to ensure timely delivery.
